The most important effect on the heart is the improvement of the heart rate. After the first 4-6 weeks of regular training (3 times a week for 30 minutes), even the heart rate of a beginner can decrease by up to10 beats per minute.

It strengthens your bones

It is scientifically proven that running 15 minutes 3 times a week reduces the risk of osteoporosis by 40%. In the absence of particular pathologies, running is also useful to strengthen ligaments and cartilage and, moreover, increases bone density.

It keeps you young

After the age of 20, the natural production of growth hormone (HGH) begins to decrease, and halts almost permanently after the age of 40. Practicing sports like running is the only way not to stop its production permanently.

It's a great anti-stress
